Reviewer: Jam Version: Rising Antivirus Free Edition 22.00.04.99 Date: Oct 19, 2010 Rating:	I really wanted to give this product a solid 5 stars, as it is an excellent programme - my favourite so far! The reason for the 3 star rating is that certain important features are only in Chinese - and I can't yet read Hanzi (Chinese characters). That's not a problem usually, since the key buttons - scan, tools, defence (defense in American), and home etc. are all in English and are easy to use. My problem is that it now says that it needs to be updated by installing Rising Antispyware (on top of the excellent 'cloud' internet protection and anti-virus)... ok so far... but when I click on the update button, it takes me to the Chinese Rising site that is all in unfathomable Chinese! I try to find this Rising Anti-Spyware on other sites, but I can only find the full Rising anti-virus download... so what to do? If there is a button to change the default language to English (as opposed to American, but even that would be ok), then it is well-hidden! Overall good, except for the language problem - sort that out and it would be worthy of a whopping 100%! Xie xie ni!

Of course you can uninstall it. I have used it for a few months now and its does wonders. Chinese doesn't mean crappy software all the time.
