Fairly good program. Configuration screen stinks and is difficult to use. Some elements don't seem logical like a programmer was also the test user and not an end user.

· Users can move folders to “local folders” in Zimbra Desktop by dragging and dropping the folder to the desired location in “local folders”. The folder move might take some time before the move completes, in particular if the folder contains many messages, but also because the process of moving folders happens in the background. The move process copies the messages to the destination, and then deletes the messages from the source. (Bug 42542)

Major fixes:
· Ability to enable about:config in Mozilla Prism.
· Support moving folder from mailbox accounts to “local folders” account.
· Fixed possible MUST_RESYNC Error when performing SyncRequest.
· Share common GAL between accounts.
· Fixed error occurring when printing a contact.
· Recover deleted items is not longer available.
· User interface asks for consent to send heap dump to Zimbra.
· Ability to add appointments in local folders.
7.1.2 Sep 26, 2011 New Release · Fixed issues that caused CalDAV notifications to appear as sent “on behalf of” when there was an alias for the account.
· GAL sync has improved performance and error handing capabilities.
· Contact information that includes custom fields, including “other phone” label, now sync correctly.
· Fixed the contact form to insert a space before the Postal Code so that the contact information displays correctly.
· Signature displays properly when replying to a mail.
· Signature setting must be set properly under Preferences > Signature.
· Changing working hours using Preferences > Calendar updates correctly.
· In the Calendar tab, you can open the Trash folder and permanently delete items.
· Zimbra Desktop logo on the account setup page has been updated.
· Contact information for birthday and anniversary are saved correctly in the Dutch (NL) version of ZWC.
· Zimbra Desktop starts up correctly and has improved performance in immediate restart after a shutdown.

· 'Send To Mail Recipient’ works on Windows. Right-click selected files in Windows Explorer, then click ‘Send To Mail Recipient’. Zimbra Desktop launches, if it's not already running, and opens a compose view with those files attached. The user must first set Zimbra Desktop as the default mail application.
· ‘mailto:’ link handling is more robust on both Mac and Windows.
· Issue resolved that prevented Zimbra Desktop 1.0 users from migrating data to Zimbra Desktop 2.0.
· Improved the issue of ‘losing new message notification’.
· Improved the issue of Zimbra Desktop appearing to be offline after waking up or switching network connection, and is unable to recover until restart.
· Keyboard shortcut ‘m’ for moving messages works on Zimbra Desktop, even for cross-account move
· Stability fixes made, including making database operations more reliable.
· Auto-update works on both Mac and Windows, similar to Zimbra Desktop 1.0.
