This is a good toolbar but the TV tuner is non functional. You get a window popup telling you you need a plugin and click her to install but it never goes past that. Click all day and you will never see that plugin get installed. This seems to be a common problem as I see forum post all saying the same thing yet their are no replies. Maybe this toolbar is not freeware as advertised but "teaseware" gives you a few functions for free but "oh if you want full function you have to pay us $39.95 or something like that. Trial or shareware should not be permitted to be called "freeware". I don't think true freeware actually exists anymore to be honest
