Scrutinizer is a great NetFlow Analyzer tool. It does exactly what it is advertised to do, collect NetFlow data and assist in tracking down network issues. The newest version also supports NBAR and Flexible NetFlow, something that I don'tthink the other network monitoring vendors do.
