I like small utilities like this one. They are simple and portable but what I miss here is more advanced configuration. I use Marxio Timer that does a lot more and can also logout user after selected time of inactivity elapses (no keyboard, mouse used)

5.0 Apr 11, 2012 Minor Update Now supports download monitoring. Option to shutdown silently added. Log Off now a shutdown option. No longer supports Windows 2000. The configuration screen has been colour coded and rearranged to help simplify configuration. Also other minor changes.
4.7 Mar 22, 2012 Minor Update AllOff can now be used with the ProcOff slave. Fixes a bug where some buttons may not be re enabled after the about and configuration screens time out. The About screen timeout has been increased to 60 seconds. Fixes a bug where the system tray right click menu may not close when it loses the focus.
4.6 Jan 24, 2012 Minor Update Fixes three bugs: Clicking reset doesn't reset the time delay function. If time delay and fixed time shutdown are selected with activity monitoring in monitor mode the status display is truncated. CLicking exit with the about or configuration screens open doesn't end the program.
4.5 Jan 10, 2012 Minor Update System Tray icon right click menu now has a full range of main screen options. Added time delay function. Fixed a bug which could stop the System Tray icon right click menu closing properly. Other minor changes.
4.4 Sep 6, 2011 Minor Update Key and Mouse maximum inactivity delay increased to 1 hour. Option to disable exit for non admin users added.
4.3 Jun 21, 2011 Minor Update Added option to check for the latest version of the program. Archive function now inhibited if logging off. Minor changes to error messages.
4.2 Apr 5, 2011 Minor Update Fixed a bug where fixed time shutdown did not work when CPU activity and keyboard/mouse activity not selected. Fixed a bug where a port in use error message could occur. Corrected missing configuration file error message.
4.1 Feb 22, 2011 Minor Update Adds option to run AllOff at the end of install. By default program now visible rather than minimised on start up. Right click functions of restore and exit added to system tray icon. Run on top is now activated immediately when selected from the config screen.
4.0 Dec 14, 2010 Major Update System tray icon now shows program status, cpu/mouse/keyboard can now optionally control slave. Added function keys to buttons. Closing the Configuration Screen now asks for confirmation if any changes not saved. Fixed a bug where archive did not work with alternative log name and path.
3.5 Aug 24, 2010 Minor Update Added fixed time shutdown option and option to turn off forced shutdown. Fixed a bug where 64 bit versions didn't show CPU load properly. Fixed start delay can now include '00:00'. Other minor updates.
