Reviewer: VGirl Version: Invoice Tracking Hybrid 1.10 BETA Date: Jun 17, 2009 Rating:	This software is very good and it’s free but the concept of sharing the invoices over internet web site is not going to be accepted easily by the industry. I could not convince any of my vendors into trying this system: they are all skeptic and selfish when it comes to business data. To bad, it’s much easier to track transactions when systems are connected and this software does exacly that.

OK, so, why are web services requered anyway? All we need is IT software, right? Actually, that’s plain wrong. Because one of the main problems you face with tracking your invoices is reconsolidation with your vendors, or customers. You run your whatever invoice solution software at your desktop and you think you are in control until is pay time. Then, somehow, your invoices don’t match with Papa Jones Bread Factory. Your counterpart at Papa Jones was also happy until you paid less he expected ( if you pay more, you will never find out) Familiar scenario? Regardless of what software you are running, it could be the latest enterprise system custom build by Microsoft itself for your mighty corporation, you have no clue what is running on your partners machines. Even less you know about what this’ systems are calculating,…You have full right to ask yourself what is your software doing for you if it can not help you with basic business logic like reconciliation with vendors and customer companies? Why are you wasting countless hours with “quick” solutions when your software is powerless to protect you from discrepancies that ( are and will always ) occur in business transactions? This is why we decided to create something that nobody ( or at least we) never created. Hybrid System that is both desktop and internet based multi-user enterprise system. Once we mixed what was available, we realized that it wasn’t enough so we build our own new technology: Automated Online System Synchronization or AOSS. AOSS makes our Invoice Tracking Hybrid whole different animal. Main difference is that although each Invoice Tracking is separated stand alone system, they are all connected in big circle of (InvoiceTracking.com) life. Every invoice you place from your desktop will pop - up on Papa Jones Bread Factory accountant as soon as he click on your company. And guess what? Same invoice numbers, same items, same time, same quantities, prices…you don’t even need to call him anymore (unless you intend to invite him for Saturday’s golf game). Systems are reconciling by themselves. Automatically… For this dream to come true, there is price to be paid (literally): You can not just purchase our Invoice Tracking Hybrid and forget about it. First, because ITH software is free in full version. Second, because ITH software needs internet access and ZeN WebBase09 database to work its magic. So you need to open and maintain ( read pay ) Invoice Tracking monthly service. OK that is really bad news. But here is the good one: ITH accounts will cost you monthly as little as your pack of cigarettes cost you daily. Wait, scratch this. There is a rumor that taxes on cigarettes are going up so $10.00 will not be enough to pay for 20 cigarettes. But it will pay for entire month of ITH service.
