Reviewer: Sue Version: BWM 2.0 diet manager 4481 Date: Jan 17, 2009 Rating:	To Mary. If you update your version you will then be able to get an accurate reading for women. I found that the inactive Man rating was close to lightly active woman and so on. But it was nice to get the real reading once I figured out how to get the downloads working. My only complaint is that during the down loads I got an extra upgrade to try for a week. Now the week is over I get a pop up every time I open the program reminding me that the extra features are not working and to pay for them if I want them to be functional. I really don't but I can't get rid of the pop up. The program still works and is the best I have ever found. I am 60 years old and have tried nearly every program that made any sort of sense. I have used it for 6 weeks and have slowly lost about 12lbs. It is steady and an excellent guide to my eating habits. I was eating the right things but in the wrong amounts. This is a real earthy eye opener. The balance of exercise and calorie intake is encouraging. My aching joints are easing and I feel wonderful. It can only get better. I can't say enough for the program.

Although this software does not cater specifically for a body builder but there again what doctor or GP does this software provides a very acurate means of watching the calories and montioring everything you intake. When I first started this program alloed me to cut away excess fat very quickly and with some research into nutrition I rate this program about the best you can get online. I have downloaded many others some specific to body building but none give me the in depth level nor the simple information I need in such as easy way. An excellent bit of software great for dieters, athletes, and for those with health issues such as diabetes to keep an eye on what your taking in.
