Um, it's not a rip-off. The Musikcube sources are freely available and it's within the terms of the open source license, and they've actually fixed some bugs that have long plagued Musikcube 1 .0 since its development stopped. They've also released the modified source files.

Donar Player and Kat Player do rip off Musikcube without recognizing the source. Whine about those.
