User configurable mobile data collection software for Windows Mobile Devices. Users design templates on the desktop application and upload jobs and templates to the Windows Mobile 5 or later device. The windows mobile operator can generate their own jobs based on the templates added to the device or fill in pre generated jobs uploaded to the device.
