AllOff monitors keyboard, mouse and/or CPU load and starts computer shutdown if activity is less than the threshold for specified time, after a fixed delay or after a fixed time. It can be started manually, on start up or automatically via the Windows Task Scheduler. Many of the parameters can be set via the configuration screen. The program can run in the System Tray. Requires a registration code (free for personal non commercial use).

I like small utilities like this one. They are simple and portable but what I miss here is more advanced configuration. I use Marxio Timer that does a lot more and can also logout user after selected time of inactivity elapses (no keyboard, mouse used)
