Reviewer: Caroline Version: IncrediMail 2 6.01 Date: Feb 24, 2011 Rating:	I downloaded it thinking it was an update as the pop-up said, but it is actually a whole different piece of software! I opened it and all my emails were gone, all my folders and sub-folders were gone, all my contacts were gone, everything. There was just 2 emails in my Inbox, both of them 6 months old. Luckily I had the old version Setup still on my HDD and was able to reinstall it and uninstall the new version. I complained to Incredimail who told me all my emails, content and contacts were stored in my Windows Profile folder and gave me convoluted steps to retrieve them. I can't imagine everyone wanting to do that!! They in no way addressed the fact that this is not an update, but completely new software. Their website tells you your old emails and contacts are not lost in the update, which is a lie - "When you upgrade all of your personal data will remain unchanged. This includes your email accounts, messages, contacts, Letters, Notifiers, etc. You also don't need to uninstall IncrediMail to upgrade." Liars!!!! Incredimail XE is replaced with this crap! Since I uninstalled it, everytime I open Incredimail XE I get prompted to "update". Last night I was downloading a song from Amazon and my browser shut itself halfway through the download because Incredimail was trying to install it's toolbar. I got a "plug-in container.exe" error message and when I clicked More, it showed me Incredimail trying to install its bloody toolbar!!!! Amazon won't let me finish the download as they say my account shows I already downloaded it, and I can't prove that Incredimail aborted the download!!!! I am very sorry that I signed up a lifetime Premium membership and I was paying them for the Gold membership for the last 6 years. They are useless and treat their customers very badly.

Reviewer: Jason W. Version: IncrediMail 2 6.22 build 4 Date: Sep 20, 2010 Rating:	People kill me when they say software runs slow, because most times the person complaining has a crappy computer. Yes, even those of you that purchased their computer 2 weeks ago. The reason I say this is because I know the mentality of the average computer buyer as all they see is price and not what is inside the machine. The problem is that what's in the machine DOES matter. I have seen a person buy and Acer laptop for 450 bucks 2 months ago and wonders why it is running slow when it only has a 1.9Ghz processor and 3 gigs of memory. Do I really have to spell out why. Oh and its running Windows 7, which isn't a bad thing but does require resources for it to run well. This factory specs and stupid people are buying them. All people care about is that it works and it works but it is slower than hell and slows down other apps including Incredimail. Keep in mind when buying a new laptop or desktop to buy at minimum and 2.8ghz dual-core but preferably a tri-core or quad-core processor with 4 gigs of ram and Some sort of ATI or Nvidia graphics built in and users won't have the problems they are experiencing. Intel and S3 graphics don't count in fact run for the hills.

I have left many help messages to no avail they just don't answer , such a shame it was great fun . to all you smug ones we are not whinging if it worked for us we wouldn't be on these pages
Reviewer: angel Version: IncrediMail 2 6.01 Date: Jun 26, 2010 Rating:	I wish i never downloaded incredimail two also,i prefer the original version,it`s just so slow ,when i send e-mails i cannot put a background on them,in fact i cannot put half the things on e-mails ,itsw just so boring,i don`t know how they make out its improved,and to the person who said we were whinging,glad you are pleased with it but i am sure the majority of people will not be too pleased with this version,i am going to delete it off my computer,my daughter also experienced problems with it
