KeyOff monitors keyboard and mouse and initiates computer shutdown if the there has been no key or mouse activity for a specified length of time. It can be started manually or automatically via the Windows Task Scheduler. The shutdown time and many other parameters can be configured via the configuration screen. The program normally runs in the System Tray. Requires a registration code (free for personal non commercial use).

2.1 Mar 27, 2008 Minor Update Adds support for Standby mode. Stopped configuration screen resizing. Now minimises to system tray only if minimised when shutdown activated. Fixed bug where minimising test mode causes run time error on timeout. Fixed bug where program didn't resume after hibernate. Minor log file changes.
2.0 Jan 31, 2008 Major Update Now minimises to system tray and supports domain name addressing for communications with the slave program. Comms to Slave improved. Other minor changes and bug fixes
1.2 Dec 5, 2007 Minor Update Now correctly removes program Start Up group, no longer supports Quick Launch icon and installs shortcuts for all users. Test inhibited in shutdown mode. Users now need administrator privileges to edit the configuration file.
1.1 Jul 15, 2007 Minor Update Remote reset added, Display now shows key and mouse activity, improvements to error handling, log file location changed to fit in with Vista security model
