I have used SyncBack for over a year (Freeware Version 3.2.14.0). This is a professionally designed program that is relatively intuitive and reliable. Initially I evaluated several freeware backup applications (with and without synchronization) and this was the only one that was acceptable. It provides synchronization and backup, both of which can be user customized. I have used this utility several hundred times and it works flawlessly every time -- I am now updating to 3.2.18.0.
