Setting save Bug: Avro Keyboard didn't save some usage settings when Windows shut down or restart. This bug is fixed.

Avro Phonetic related Bugs: Avro Phonetic had wrong key mapped on 7 key (Keyboard area, not Numpad). This bug is fixed.

Minor problems in the auto-correct dictionary are fixed.

Installer Bug: The installer didn't actually OFF automatically input locale changing if no locale is selected. This bug is fixed.
