This is in response to #166. New: The list that holds the external IP data from the provider will now be cleared and then repopulated, instead of overwritten, when a refresh is done. The number of times to try connecting starts at 1. This is the initial attempt. Therefore, a value of 1 essentially tells Get My IP not to retry connecting. Use a value of 2 or greater to retry connecting. Not all errors will be retried. Default values are 4 tries and 15 seconds between retries.
