Aerohawk Effects 4.05 freeware
You can modify life, direction, orientation, colour, alpha transparency, gravity and speed of particles to create wicked effects. Simply click a button to either compile them as "GML" code for game maker, or click the "Take Snapshot" button and save your particle system as a bitmap that can be edited in many different programs.
